One of the delivery drivers has been actively trying to hurt our animals. He's been going out of his way to run over our dogs and has been trying to hit them with the door of his car. On top of that he only delivers mail when he feels like it. He never delivers mail while raining even falsely stating that a message was left about a package being unable to be delivered without so much as a piece of junk mail being in the mailbox.
